Produced by José Maria de Oliveira at Fazenda Toca de Raposa in Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil, this natural processed Paraiso MG2 variety offers a uniquely vibrant profile. Unlike typical Brazilian coffees, this lot delivers bright and sweet notes of caramelised pineapple, blackcurrant, and Golden Delicious apple, reminiscent of East African coffees. José, a devoted soccer fan, named his farm after his favorite team's mascot, the fox. With the help of his grandson Deyvid Leandro, the farm continues to uphold its reputation for excellence and sustainable practices.
