El Cielo, grown on the San Jose plot, features a variety of coffee plants, including Pacamara, Geisha, and the unique Javanica. Developed from Java seeds planted by Fincas Mierisch on their Limoncillo farm, Javanica has since become a standout variety. This honey-processed lot delivers a classic Nicaraguan profile with flavours of caramel, dates, and milk chocolate, making for a rich and sweet cup.
