The Zelaya family has a century-long legacy in coffee cultivation, with Ricardo representing the fourth generation. His commitment to excellence is evident in meticulous farm management and sustainable practices, including designating 25 hectares as a natural reserve and implementing eco-friendly milling processes. This coffee offers a sweet and balanced cup with a medium body, featuring notes of green apple, cocoa, and toffee.
